The Joint Chiropractic Sponsoring Capital City BMX
As part of its continuing commitment to community and good health, The Joint Chiropractic-North Raleigh is proud to sponsor Capital City BMX, a bicycle motocross track at Lions Park. The Joint believes that part of a healthy lifestyle includes exercise, and Capital City BMX offers a family friendly atmosphere for experienced racers as well as those riders who are new to the sport.
"Athletics are a great way to provide children with a fun way to exercise and promote a healthy lifestyle," says Dr. Todd Wegerski of The Joint Chiropractic-North Raleigh. "Another important aspect of children's health is chiropractic care. Sports like BMX Racing can take a toll on a student-athlete's body. There are many benefits to treating children with chiropractic care, and chiropractors can do more than just help alleviate pain from sports. Chiropractic care been shown to not only promote healthy brain and nerve development, but it can also help with behavioral problems and even allergies."
The Joint's chiropractors are experienced with adults and adolescents, and look forward to treating entire families. To learn more about benefits from chiropractic, click here.
