How to Improve Vision With Food

Enjoy More Citrus Fruits
Citrus fruits, such as oranges, contain both Vitamin A and Vitamin B. These vitamins each have their own benefits when it comes to the eyes. Vitamin A contains lutein that works to prevent certain eye diseases. Vitamin B heals inflammation within the eyes that puts them at risk of going blind. Skip the cereal and make some eggs for breakfast instead. Eggs contain a lot of Vitamin A, particularly within the yoke. Lutein and zinc are also found, making eggs one of the most beneficial foods for vision. The cornea will be safeguarded with this mix of nutrients.
