I was extremely lucky as a teenager, I had very few experiences with acne. I thought that my skin was flawless, so I didn't take very good care of it. When I hit my 30s, suddenly all those bad habits came back to haunt me and I wound up with dry skin that was very acne-prone. If you create a skincare routine that becomes a habit, you'll find that your skin will thank you! Here are a few easy things you can add to your daily skincare routine that will help keep your skin beautiful and glowing no matter what season it is.

Use sunscreen daily -  Did you know that UV rays are the number one cause of changes in your skin? UV rays can affect both color and texture changes which is why it's important to use a high-quality sunscreen on your face daily.
