Remedies for Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis is the common arthritis that is typically known as degenerative joint disease. Any bone joint in the skeletal structure can be affected by osteoarthritis, but the most common pattern shows that it mostly occurs in smaller joints like those in the toe base and the fingers.

Ginger may either be eaten raw or taken with lukewarm water. Massage the afflicted joint with a mixture of ginger oil and a base oil to alleviate pain.
