Dr. Michael Williams, DC, CCSP joined The Joint Washington in 2024, he has worked for multiple Joint clinics since 2023.
Dr Mike is originally from St. Louis, MO. He graduated with his BS in Life Science from University of New Mexico and continued on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic in 1993 from Logan University College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, MO.
Dr Mike first became interested in chiropractic when a chiropractor helped his mom, “I wondered, “How did the chiropractor fix my mom’s back in three days, when her primary doctor and the spine specialist said she would never walk again without surgery?!”.
During his free time Dr. Mike likes spending time with his wife, 3 children, and friends. His hobbies include cybersecurity, playing guitar, and learning new things.
Some fun facts about Dr. Mike:
- What’s one thing in your fridge that you must have and why? Milk, because I crave it often.
- What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever done and why was it so cool? I planned my engagement party on the beach of Mexico and invited all the people at the resort. She said, “Yes.”!

Dr. Meghan Isenman, known to her patients as Dr. Meghan or Dr. Isenman, is passionate about helping people achieve full-body health and maintain their independence through chiropractic care. Originally from Arnold, MO, she was first drawn to healthcare because of the opioid epidemic, wanting to provide a drug-free alternative for pain relief and overall wellness.
Dr. Meghan attended Southeast Missouri State University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training with a minor in Spanish in 2020. She later graduated from Logan University in 2023 with her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She joined The Joint Chiropractic in 2025, appreciating the welcoming atmosphere and the opportunity to help more people through regular chiropractic care.
As a former athlete, Dr. Meghan discovered chiropractic at 22 years old, and her first adjustment was a life-changing experience that set her on the path to becoming a chiropractor. Now, she loves seeing her patients regain mobility, independence, and overall well-being.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Meghan enjoys hiking, gardening, and cooking—always looking for new hobbies to explore! She is a proud member of Omega Sigma Phi. Her mini Australian Shepherd, Baloo, is her constant companion and the best adventure buddy.
Her fridge is never without charcuterie essentials—especially cheeses and jams. If she could host a dream dinner party, she’d invite her best friend and sister-in-law Kaylee, actress Gal Gadot, her favorite actor Heath Ledger, and baseball player Harrison Bader.
Dr. Meghan is also an avid traveler, and one of her most memorable experiences was seeing wild horses at Assateague Island National Seashore and hiking the breathtaking Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park.

For 15 years, she owned and operated restaurants, where she developed a deep understanding of nutrition and healthy living. Her interest in chiropractic began during her first pregnancy, when regular chiropractic care became an essential part of her health routine. With each visit, she became more fascinated by how chiropractic helped people, and her own chiropractor encouraged her to pursue the profession. This inspiration led her to earn degrees in Life Sciences, Nutrition, and ultimately her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2019.
Since joining The Joint in 2022, Dr. Emily has loved the ability to help a wide variety of people—from her regular patients to those just passing through town in need of relief. She has spent her chiropractic career serving the St. Louis area, focusing on helping her patients achieve their best health.
When she’s not in the office, you can find Dr. Emily riding bikes, cooking, traveling, and constantly learning new things. She’s also an active member of her church community. At home, she enjoys the company of her goldendoodle, Maybel.
She starts each day with a protein shake made with coconut milk, a must-have staple in her fridge. If she could host the perfect dinner party, she’d invite her grandparents, her mother-in-law (whom she never had the chance to meet), and her best friend, Sheri, who left a lasting impact on her life.
As for the coolest thing she’s ever done? That adventure is yet to come—Dr. Emily and her family are set to travel to Europe this summer, a trip filled with new experiences and unforgettable memories in the making.

I was literally in tears.?I am from Cape Girardeau Mo and happened to be in STL for the day. I looked online and found that there was The Joint that took walk ins. Even though there was a little bit of a wait, Deanne made me feel at home. Mike took me back and not only aligned my jaw but worked on my shoulders and back. He also gave me an ice pack for the ride home at no extra charge. It only cost me $29 and I could not be happier! Thanks to Deanne and Mike at The Joint!

As someone who deals with chronic pain and has a spinal fusion (& knowing they DON’T adjust the spine), I always ask the Dr.’s if they are comfortable working on me. Dr. Chris said my spinal fusion wouldn’t be a problem. Had him adjust my shoulder blades…and I just want to cry HAPPY tears right now!! I have not had this much relief in over a year! No more “hunched shoulders”!! Wow can not recommend this location enough!! Thank you so much for giving me my joy and happiness back…and on a Friday at that!! lol

1 5 1I was almost run over by a customer right behind me as I opened the door. The receptionist (a lady my age-in her 60's stared at me blankly. After several seconds I said I am a new customer. (Appointments are not taken.) She said the doctor just went next door to Dierbergs for lunch. Most professional places indicate when an office will be closed for lunch. She called the customed who almost knocked me over to come to the desk and he swiped his keychain membership card. I asked if he would be seen before me and she said yes, because I had paperwork to fill out. (They do not take insurance.) I asked if that would still be true if I finished the paperwork before the doctor saw the other patient. She said yes. I told her that makes no sense. She laughed and threw her hands out palms up. Infuriatingly horrible service/policy.

5 5 1I can’t thank Dr.Dan enough! My 6 year old was very grumpy and needed a nap so he wasn’t the easiest patient to deal with. Dr. Dan was very understanding, patient and kind. By the time we left my grumpy little one was relieved & smiling again. Dr. Dan also took time to speak with me about my own chiropractic needs and I ended up getting an adjustment as well. This is not an easy task as I have been in a few car accidents and I have constant pain with little relief because my neck and back are so tight and wound up. Well, Dr. Dan has MAGIC HANDS and was able to adjust my stiff neck with ease! I have gone to a different location in another state before and wasn’t very happy with their service and was super skeptical about an in and out chiro but I was happy to learn that Dr. Dan is at this location most of the time and with his experience and expertise, we will definitely be going back!
