After dealing with lower back, neck and between the shoulder blades discomfort periodically for years, Most severe was the lower back issue. A friend told me about the joint after the first visit there was a substantial relief with my lower back and a complete difference in my range of motion with out any discomfort. Dr. Andrew is incredible. He relieved the sciatic pain on the left side of my back today. I was in tears when I sat down because I was in so much pain. I had been experiencing this pain for weeks. He did one particular move that popped my lower back and made me see stars. It’s was simply amazing. I am pleased to report that my pain is gone. I will continue to go back to The Joint for maintenance to make sure that this sciatic pain does not return.

Still have not been able to be seen at this location. Every time we go they say they have a new patient and can’t fit us in or they will be closing soon and do not have time for a new patient (we typically go to another location). It just seems like they don’t want to take care of their customers. Our location seems to value their clients/patients more. Just disappointing. I guess I will have to find another location while I’m in town.

Come in for my neck and back. Can get my neck to adjust just fine but my back feels exactly the same all I feel with the back is the movement to the table.

I started coming to the Joint seeing DR ALLEN FOR OVER A YEAR NOW, DR Allen has been amazing her knowledge care. And bedside manner has been a blessing. Her adjustments have been super helpful with my daily activities and normal functions of life. I have neck/lower back and hip sciatic pain off and on she lowers my pain every time I come to get adjusted and gets to root of problem. We love DR. ALLEN and the JOINT. i have recommended the JOINT to friends and family!! Helpful, friendly staff, flexible hours/walk in!!

Dr. Joe and Cindy are amazing, Dr.Joe is very knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience he took his time to explain to me why I was having the pain in my left arm. After my first visit both Dr. Joe and Cindy called me to follow up with me on how I was feeling after my treatment. They are both amazing and i recommend them 100 percent. I've been using The Joint periodically for a few years now, first in Huntersville and now here in Gastonia. Dr. Allen has been wonderful. She seems like a nice, caring person who is actually concerned with helping you vs just pumping patients through an assembly line as quickly as possible, which is how I feel when visiting most doctors/care facilities. The entire staff is pleasant, friendly, and helpful, and best of all--its working! Felling much better after a few visits.

Dr. Allen and Dr. Weaver are the absolute best! I started coming here to get relief from past injuries and regain power over my life. they have given me just that!
