If I could give a zero rating I would. I've been trying since August to get someone to respond to me about my daughter's account. She moved from Greenville October 2023 but was charged $79/month all the way up to August of 2024 once I realized I was being charged every month. This is almost $1000 that wasn't a part of my budget. I tried disputing the transactions with my CC company but they were charged back to my card.

My second time going to this facility was over as quickly as it started, which was great because a cold blast of weather hit us. Anyway, I went in and immediately got sent back to where I was ready to get started again. The whole was much quicker because I knew what was coming, and we breezed through it. I walked out feeling better again and moving faster than I did on day 1.

Dr. Nick is absolutely awesome. I have had adjustments for 25 years with various chiropractic offices. He is by far the best I have seen in Greenville NC. Prior to meeting him my wife and I had to drive to wake forest for treatment with our well known chiropractor. All other chiropractors in Greenville were not able to give us the work we needed done to keep us in lign without feeling pain and always wanting to do exams to jack up our cost. Quality of Life Changer! I have had over 15 years of Chiropractic care due injuries from car accident and surgeries. With neck and lower back injures and multiple knee surgeries, constant pain has been an inescapable part of my daily life. I only went once and had surgery the week after and could not go back. They keep debiting money from my account and I have asked them to stop. I would never go there again and I just posted on my instagram and tik tok what a money making scam it is and they will not help you at all.

I hardly ever write reviews but this place is worth it! I have been suffering with terrible joint/back pain since the beginning of my pregnancy and I had been scared to go in and get help due to my pregnancy so I tried toughening it out until I could not bear the pain anymore. This was my first time going to the chiropractor and it will not be my last. Dr. Nick was very friendly and took the time to explain to me the entire process before and as it was happening. I felt instant relief the moment I stood back up. After 4 months of suffering though this pain I wish I would have come in sooner! The wellness plan is definitely an excellent investment for you to be able to feel like your best self! I am much happier now that I can actually walk without being in constant pain!

The front desk staff is always friendly as well. I highly suggest you give them a try if you've got any type of chronic joint pain/stiffness.

Not only are they affordable but they do amazing work. I have felt less tightness in my back and hips since I've started coming regularly but Dr. Sarah adjusted my jaw and ended years of popping and jaw pain. I can't stop recommending them to all my friends. It's an amazing experience you have to try!

Phenomenal experience. Love their membership wellness plan—I can’t even see my old chiropractor for a visit and a quarter for the amt MONTHLY with The Joint. Military discount a huge plus. LOVE Dr Sarah!!! She was thorough, educational, patient, super warm and friendly, and adjusted me with less pain than I’m used to. So far results are outstanding. Dr. Nick is remarkable!! He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain the what, when, why and how of the procedure(s) he is providing. The entire staff is fast, focused, and efficient. After completing the initial intake forms and exam, I am in and out in less than 10-15 mins. I was a bit skeptical and nervous about getting my neck adjusted; however, Dr. Nick is gentle yet effective in his approach and his professionalism made me feel comfortable, confident, and relaxed. I have had amazing results just after 4 visits. I always look forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend giving them a try!!!

I'm thankful there is a Joint Chiropractic here in Greenville. I have been driving back and forth to the Raleigh location off of Falls of Neuse, which is great as well. The chiropractor that adjusted me today was great. I was in and out within about 10 minutes top. I felt like a brand new person after today's visit.

Oh, my God. I literally didn’t think my body could do what Dr Nick got it to do! This is the best I’ve felt in a long time! The prices are amazing! I tried it for free (before 12/31, i think) and I WILL be back! SHEESH!!!

Great prices!!! It had been over a year since I last had an adjustment and my body definitely needed it. I love just being able to pop in whenever I feel like I need a little tweaking without having to wait for more than just a few minutes.

Yesterday was my first trip. It has been 30 years since I had an adjustment and I didn't know how much I missed it until I got my adjustment yesterday. Felt like a new person when I woke up today. The office has a nice set up, a very friendly & helpful staff & very reasonable prices/packages.
