I have been suffering from sciatica and the pain was causing numbness down my arm into my hand. I did not want to continue to treat these incidents with steroids and was in search of alternatives. Omg. Doctor Jones is literally the best chiropractor I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been a member of the joint since 2019. I met her during my pregnancy journey. I have followed her ever since. I was skeptical at first, no lie. But visiting here has been in the back of my mind for a long time. I've been dealing with annoying neck and back pain more frequently and decided to bite the bullet today. I'm SO glad I did. From start to finish everyone at this location was friendly and informative. The doctor was kind and attentive, and my adjustment was nothing short of amazing. I felt so good after and I'm looking forward to my next visit. I signed up for the wellness plan, the best part of it is unlike many other "plans" gyms and the like offer, this plan doesn't have a contract or cancelation fee. This made me feel more like I'm not just another number to them. They want to help me be my best self. If you're debating trying chiropractic services out, I highly recommend giving this location a visit.

I had a great experience! It was actually my first time ever going to a chiropractor so I was nervous. But the Doctor was VERY reassuring and informative! I actually walked out of there feeling better than when I walked in. I am sore again but she explained that, that might happened and she told me what to do when it does. I had an issue with my back at work. My last visit to a Chiropractor sometime ago. In need of care I found The Joint Chiropractic very close to my office. I was in terrible pain and had to be brought to my car in a wheelchair. I could barely walk coming into the office. Sabryn at the front office greeted me and treated me with care as I waited to be seen. The Doctor took time to find out my daily habits at my office and offered solutions, stretching and exercises to help with my issues with my back during my session. I walked out of the office feeling so much better! I opted in for the Wellness Plan that has me back on the road to a healthy back and core again. I even received a call from the Doctor on duty the next day to check on how I was feeling. Each visit, since my first, has been consistent with the care and customer service. I highly recommend this particular location for your Chiropractic needs. It fits into my busy schedule and the staff treats me with care. A wonderful experience every visit!

I went to The Joint located at Terrell Mill Rd at about noon on May 25, 2024, and it was the worst experience I have ever had with any healthcare provider in my life. It was also the worst experience I have ever had as a customer.
I went in because I have days long tension headaches that are typically relieved following adjustment. I have been to this location several times in the past and they have treated me provided quite a bit of relief. However in this occasion The doctor I saw spent about 15 minutes talking to me about how I so clearly looked like I was in pain and he could visibly see the muscle tension. I repeatedly told him that I was in pain throughout the conversation. He gave me the standard treatment plan of 3 visits the first week, 2 the second week, and once a week for three weeks. THIS WAS PRIOR TO ANY PHYSICAL EXAMINATION and after a very brief review of my paperwork/records. I shared that I already have a chiropractor that I see regularly and came here because it was a Saturday on a holiday weekend, and that I would be following up with her after the holiday.
He told me that she was clearly not a good chiropractor if I was in this much pain, and that I needed to buy the monthly treatment package he was pitching. I repeated that I have my regular chiropractor and would follow up with her. He told me “we don’t provide crisis care” and then literally stared me down. I again repeated that I am happy to follow up with my chiropractor. He finally told me he would “take a look” and had me lie down on the table. He wiggled my feet, walked around me once, and then used a device that applies a pop of pressure behind my ear. And that was it!!
He then walked me to the front and told the employees at the front desk that he was recommending the previously described treatment plan. I told them that my “treatment” left me feeling the same as when I walked in— in pain and now upset and uncomfortable. I wish I had refused to pay, because he all but refused to treat me. I believe he did the bare minimum to somehow justify charging me. To compare- my regular chiropractor spends no less than 30 minutes with me per appointment and provides adjustment, massage, and other relaxation techniques.
I was shaking and crying when I got to my car. I finally calmed down enough to call a neighboring location and make a complaint. I was assured that I could make my complaint with that location, and that someone would be contacting me to discuss.
It has been a full week and I have not heard a word from anybody. I will never go back no matter how much pain I am experiencing now that I know that they will not provide “crisis care” if I don’t purchase their package.

I've never considered being seen by a Dr that "cracks your back" because the sound of the adjustment just rubbed me the wrong way. Then I started to feel stiffness in my lower back and neck area, The Joint of Marietta is literally about 5 mins away from me and I decided to become a monthly member and I can NOW say that I am a firm believer in getting a regular adjustment.
Dr. Natasha has done wonders since she's been at the Marietta location, she listens, cares, and understands the patient's needs. The worst experience I’ve ever had at The Joint. I’ve been going for a few months and Dr. Gomes and a few others are great, but Dr. Angela Alvarez at the Terrill Mill location did absolutely nothing for me and my girlfriend. She seemed afraid to touch us, and barely applied any pressure. She was also wearing wedged hills that she struggled to balance in, therefore she could not even stand firmly to do her job. She did not crack a single bone in my body. I’m upset I wasted a visit, PLEASE CHECK THE SCHEDULE BEFORE YOU GO!

Last September, a drunk driver totaled my car resulting in a shoulder injury and severe upper back discomfort. After receiving x-rays, I decided to try The Joint for the convenience of less than a mile from home. Every time I come in, the front desk is incredibly friendly and greet me with smiles. I was suffering from a pretty acute hip dislocation, which was causing a lot of other issues to flare up as well. By sticking to the game plan, I was able to see marvelous results. At first, the ring of surgery was even being up to discussion. It has helped make the right steps forward to being healthy again. I would definitely refer and have recommended a few people to see Dr. Thomas. She's GREAT!

I love The Joint staff. Shaneka is so friendly and helpful. Always a welcoming face to your visit. Dr. Peter has cured an equilibrium problem recently, and every week makes my body and life better. He is a super chiropractor, and so full of knowledge and health information. I can't recommend him enough. He is a "full package" treatment plan for anyone needing real care.

I sought out chiropractic care for minor pain, general wellness, and I just like the feeling of getting my back popped. The chiropractic care I have received has alleviated some minor pain and pressure, and helped "grease the joints" so to speak. The staff is always friendly and the doctors are always accommodating. They always give a good adjustment and usually do any adjustments you ask them to perform. I would recommend The Joint to anyone, especially because of their clean facilities, friendly staff, and knowledgeable doctors.
