Dr. Ryan Gray completed his undergraduate studies at Ricks College (now BYU-Idaho). He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker College of Chiropractic in 2004. After graduation Dr. Gray and his family moved to Broomfield, CO and started practice. Dr. Gray is also certified in Pediatrics and works on people of all ages.
After 17 years of practice in Colorado, Dr. Gray moved with his family to Mooresville, NC in 2021. Dr. Gray is on a HUGE MISSION to improve the health of the community.
Dr. Gray enjoys the outdoors and never misses an opportunity to spend time with his family hiking and camping.
Dr. Joe McLaughlin is a graduate of Western States Chiropractic School in Portland Oregan.
He brings 30 years’ experience to the clinic, having his own practice in Charlotte, N.C for that time. He enjoys treating sports injuries, extremity adjusting, headaches as well as delivering wellness chiropractic care to patients of all ages.

1 5 15 stars to the doctors but 0 to front desk. Had a membership for months. Membership included 4 visits monthly. I started noticing it was taking longer to get in and after coming in 3 times in one week with a lengthy wait time due to “new patient intake”, I advised front desk I was going to lose visits due to lack of availability, so I cancelled monthly membership. Staff apologized but stated they would extend this months cycle until the 29th so I wouldn’t loose a visit. Well, came in today (the 29th) scanned my card, told to go on back and got adjustment. When leaving, front desk stopped me and asked if I was going to pay the $45 for a single visit. I reminded them that I was extended until the 29th and was told that I had until that date to use. So “now” apparently you have until the day prior to the day they tell you. Charged me $45 which was more than my monthly membership and guessing that’s my punishment for canceling. Just don’t sign up for a membership. It’s a trap and a scam!

1 5 1Office experience Upon joining in early spring full disclosure regarding visits was not verbalized. My understanding was you are buying a package of four visits. I was not made aware that they expire each month. Your card keeps getting charged regardless until you pause or suspend. Once this was pointed out to me months later I suspended the monthly membership and elected to pay as you go. My last visit I was one day past the expiration and the girl up front would not let me get adjustment. I told her that she would loose a good customer over one day. She replied that since I did not have an on going monthly plan she could not extend me one day. If you decide to use this business be aware of the fine print on the iPad contract.

At first, he had only seen Dr. Britt and didn't wanna see Dr. Ryan.
