My experience at The Joint Chiropractic today was terrific. As a first-time visitor to the practice, I was greeted with a smile and treated with kindness. In concise order, my paperwork was completed, and within 20 min, I was in the back being treated. OH, I WAS A WALK-IN, I know many reviews have had complaints about being in that category and having to wait, but I felt none of that today.
Consultation, treatment, treatment plan, amazing care. I was very bad as I didn't get names, lol; let's chalk it up to how much pain I was in! BUT..... I am going back for a follow-up TX in 2 days because I left pain-free and want to stay that way.
If you are Medicare like me, you know chiropractic care is covered by Advantage plans, but they are not accepted by practices because the reimbursement is less than $14. If you buy a package, you can send the bill to your insurance, and they will reimburse you for 75% of what you paid. Please don't deny yourself the care to keep your older bodies healthy and active!!
Undoubtedly, The Joint Chiropractic is the best chiropractic practice in the Boro. My experience there was truly exceptional.

I walked into the chiropractor’s office was greeted by 22 ladies at the front desk they looked at my chart and said oh you’re not on our medical plan. Well, you’ll have to fill out the space paper and will get you whenever we want to we will be taking our medical plan patients first, there was nobody in the building. I fell out the paperwork. One person came in. They went straight to the back they left. There was a 10 minute gap doctor could’ve seen me decided not to this place is a complete rip they want you to spend 50 $79 a month for their plan and I go once every month maybe once every two months it’s a waste of money for me . I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place PERIOD. as the owner of a transportation company I will be telling all my clients not to go here

Always read reviews…I was talked in or sucked in to sign up for the plan that was going to give me a great deal for $88 per month. I was told to cancel before may 8th to not be charged. I remember talking about this with the desk person because I was worried about being charged. She assured me oh not problem…it’s easy to cancel. I went in today to cancel April 29th. I was told I couldn’t cancel until after may 8th which is not what I was told before. I also was told I had to wait until after may 8th so I would be charged a second month for $88. So really I’m paying double for the same service. Not cool. I will give the lady at the crit desk for playing a good misleading game. Disgustingly disappointed.

Went in for an adjustmenton 8-5-23, after over 45 minute wait Dr Cory adjusted me. Last adjustment he made fractured my sternum. Hurt like hell and he tells me that my collarbone was bound up/under my sternum and that it was probably scar tissue. Last I checked my collarbone isn’t in the middle of my chest. I am in major pain and when I called today the receptionist asked what I wanted her to do and that she couldn’t do anything because she isn’t a Dr. I know I won’t be going back and will be asking for refund.

I had the worst experience at The Joint on April 21. I came in with terrible back pain and left with worse pain in my back and abdomen. Dr. Rob did the drop table and I screamed in pain because it jolted my back too severely. He then dug into my lower abdomen because he said the muscles had to be released or something to that effect. The pain was excruciating and he told me to breathe through it. I have massive bruises on both sides where he pushed.
I have been to chiropractors before and never had a bad experience. Now, I am scared to go to anyone. I would never set foot in The Joint again.

The Doctors are great, the welcome staff not well trained, they give you the prices and try to get you in a contact so you have to pay monthly, but they don’t tell you everything up front, when you are no longer in a contact and you have two or three visits left that you will loose them when the month ends. There for I went for a visit and my visits are no longer there so I spent $79.00 and got one maybe two adjustments and the rest was expired. I was not told that would happen. I’m not going back!

I love coming to The Joint. It is super convenient when I travel for work so when I am on the road its nice to know that ifI feel pain I can find a location near me most of the time. I have been seeing a chiropractor since high school. I am in my mid 30s now and I am a full time grad student and I work full time. Setting weekly appointments is challenging. Dr. Kenyon has helpd me help myself. He went to the cause of my pain - sitting long hours at work and addressed my workspace ergonomic issues. Be cautious, chiropractors here are making adjustments without x-rays. After having emergency spinal cord surgery in November 2021, I called and explained my situation. The Joint continued to bill me though March 2020. I called a second time and was told that I needed to fill out a membership cancellation form. That no note had been made to my file. So a cheap chiropractic solution turn end to a costly clerical error. Be careful with those month to month memberships.

I’ve been seeing Paisley for about 4 years. I have moderate to severe Rheumatoid Arthritis, and my disease process is very progressive. I’m in pretty severe pain a lot of the time, and Paisley has been the only one that can keep my pain levels stable. I’ve seen other people intermittently within the time I’ve been a member of The Joint, but I’ve always had to come in for a subsequent visit due to a partial adjustment or something else by a different Provider. It’s come to the point that I call before going or check the Facebook to be sure Paisley would be there when I arrived. So you may understand when I say that I am greatly disheartened and truly angry to find out that when I arrived today, Paisley is no longer on the schedule for the Murfreesboro location. In my most honest opinion, this is a terrible mistake and I’ll be trying to travel to where she’s being relocated. I don’t think you’ve thought about the patients at all, you’ve moved a provider that’s been taking care of myself and many other people in Murfreesboro for like 4 years. You’re chasing a dollar, and a demographic, and whatever other selfish ideas you’ve got. Maybe put yourself in the patient’s shoes? What about continuity of care? What about people like me who lives in a constant state of pain, and the only thing that helps is a person that’s being taken away? Ridiculous.

Little disappointed I was a walk in at 340 today and was turned away because they closed at 4 pm. I asked 2nd time if there was anyway I could see someone that I was suffering with severe pain Still no luck so sat there till 4 to work up the strength to walk back to my car and head home for another sleepless nite

I've been going to The Joint for almost a year and a half having started my membership when I was still living in San Diego. When I moved to the area and found out there were Joint locations in Middle Tennessee, I was thrilled! And then I found out there was a new store opening in Murfreesboro and was ecstatic! As someone with a strange schedule, it is beyond helpful to have a chiropractic office with long hours and even open on the weekends. I love being able to walk in and almost always go straight back for my adjustment. So far, I've only had to wait once and I go around every 10 days or so. And that wait was about 5 minutes at most. Both doctors are wonderful and provide varied adjustment techniques according to my current needs. The front desk staff is always friendly and I always feel welcome. I highly recommend The Joint as a whole company and especially the Murfreesboro location!

I do Construction work and have been having some serious pain in my right shoulder and I think it has been pinching a never because my right Arm and hand has been going num for about a month now, I've had several people work on it another Chriropractor and a massage therapist and nothing has worked. The chiropractors at this facility treated me like I was long-term patient when I first entered. I have been receiving great customer service ever since. If you are in need of a quick adjustment I would definitely come here because the price and the service is way beyond your expectations. For any serious injuries or illnesses, I would recommend higher care from chiropractic clinics that also provide rehabilitative services.

Huge fan of The Joint concept, since I was first introduced to it in Atlanta. As someone that travels for work, it great to know that I'll likely find a location when I get to a new assignment. Even better knowing, that they'll have all my info and not have to start from scratch every time. Also, great for vacations. And the pricing is very friendly as well.
Now for this location specifically. Dr. Paisley rocks! I am not a small child and can be difficult to adjust, but not for her. Plus she and the staff are fun to be around.

The Joint is great! Try to find another walk-in chiropractor. I have been to multiple chiropractors in my life, all of which have “done the trick.†Matthew on the other hand, is exceptional. I am disappointed every time I get someone else. The care plan is great for individuals who travel for work, as I do. She is very knowledgeable and has really helped me. The two doctors I have seen as well as the front desk staff are personable and kind.
