Meet The Doctors
Dr. Mark Campbell graduated Life West Chiropractic College in Hayward, California in 2003. For over 15 years, he has been practicing and promoting health and wellness in the San Francisco Bay Area. He loves The Joint model, which enables more people to afford regular chiropractic care, and allows the convenience of needing no appointments. One of his passions is adjusting families with children, having specialized training in pediatric chiropractic. He has been adjusting his two teenagers, Olivia and Sammy, since the day they were born. He also counsels patients on proper diet, nutrition and stretches & exercises based on their individual needs. Prior to receiving his doctorate, Dr. Campbell obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, and a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from California State University, Hayward. In addition, he has worked for many years as a counselor and Program Director with underprivileged and abused children in group homes in Oakland, California. He enjoys most outdoor activities including hiking, biking, swimming and camping, and is very fond of all animals, wild and domestic, especially his two dogs, Boomer & Jenga. Dr. Campbell has recently relocated to the area to be closer to family and have a better quality of life. He loves North Carolina. Dr. Christopher Ullom grew up in a military family. His father proudly served as a Green Beret for 20 years. In 2004 Dr. Ullom graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a bachelor’s degree in Biology and History. During his time at PLU, Dr. Ullom was the team captain for the college baseball team and was awarded Male Athlete of the Year in 2004. Upon graduation he played 1 year of professional baseball for the San Diego Padres.
Dr. Ullom attended Cleveland University in Kansas City, MO. He graduated with honors in 2008 with his Doctorate in Chiropractic, with advanced studies in spinal biomechanics and Chiropractic Biophysics. Once he graduated, he was the owner and founder of a successful practice in Overland Park, KS.
In 2014 Dr. Ullom relocated to Raleigh to be closer to his family and has led a successful chiropractic career since. He currently is raising his young son along with his wonderful wife, who is a successful emergency department nurse. The family is run by Carolina, the family Goldendoodle. When he is not helping patients, he enjoys taking trips to the beach, golfing, bow hunting and cooking on the smoker.
Jil has lived and breathed chiropractic her entire life. She is a true advocate of how your life can improve with regular chiropractic adjustments.
As the manager of The Joint, Jil knows all patients by name (and probably their kids, grandparents and pets as well). She makes sure the doctors and patients have everything they need to make their adjustments a success.
When she is not in the office helping make your chiropractic experience great, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
