This place has been phenomenal. I wish my insurance covered it because it's a service that actually works the best for my back pain, so I will pay out of pocket happily. Also, the customer service is outstanding. The woman at the front desk, I forget her name, but she was a young Latina, and all the way to the doctors have been incredible. Dr. Alex is amazing and I highly recommend him. Keep up the great work!

Best experience ever!!! I walked into this place today, unable to turn my neck. I spent 3 hours in tears this morning trying to find any relief for the excruciating pain I woke up in from sleeping in the wrong position. Dr Ordille carefully explained every step of the adjustment process and eliminated my pain within a matter of minutes!!! I am still in shock.

My lower back was in great pain. I looked them up on the internet and found I could just walk in. That was great. My experience was also great. The doctor listened to me before doing anything. He explained what he was going to do each step of the way, and My pain was relieved. I signed up for their monthly program, which was a good deal. I will be getting my care their from now on.

Dr. Alex is an amazing chiropractor! I came in with neuropathy and delt/scapular pain as well as some off-set ribs and weird vertebrae placement. After two months I can say most of my symptoms have subsided and everything is getting better. He gives the care and attention I need, easy to talk to, and efficient! Love this place!

These Guys are amazing at this and I must admit I think everyone who has any type of back pain, neck etc.. should come get this care instead of masking yourself with additive pain medication that causes long term problems for many! I wish I would of known years ago before I became an addiction to opioids and now have worse problems .Thanks to this place I’m managing a normal lifestyle for once drug free and pain manageable

I went to this location for my first ever chiropractic adjustment and saw Dr. Alex, he was very informative and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. I really appreciated that as I was having anxiety and nervous about the adjustments. He recommended that I come back two days later to have another adjustment, so I did come in and saw Dr. David. Dr. David asked what was bothering me, I told him and he had me lie down and immediately started doing adjustments. He didn't explain anything he was doing and I felt very uncomfortable during the whole process like I was just being tossed around and adjusted. Afterwards I asked him when he recommended I should come back and he asked me what Dr. Alex recommended, I told him that Dr. Alex wrote it down, but I didn't have the note with me and I asked him to look in my chart to see what he said. Dr. Smith looked at his computer for a moment and then told me he can't even get into my chart. I am so very dissatisfied with his performance as I also work in the medical field and I would NEVER see a patient without reviewing their chart. I thought the form I filled out when registering and addressing my concerns would be something a provider would want to look at before seeing a patient. I have not been back since that visit on I believe 4/20/23. I was very sore after the adjustment for a few days too because of how much pressure he was using. I am afraid to go back because I don't want to have another experience like that. I am upset that I spent over $100 on my first visit so I could have the package and "save money" on my visits and I am afraid to use them.

EXCELLENT !!! Had my first initial visit today for my lower back / hip pain. Dr Vazquez was great !! He spent time explaining in detail the possible causes of my pain and did a thorough examination. Found this place through an internet search. The woman at the front desk said I would need to be there 45 minutes before closing for a new patient. I then told her I would able to be there in that time as I live right down the street and she refused to see me saying they are busy. I am in excruciating pain. I will not be spending a dime at this facility.

Dr. Alex know his chiropractic skills very good. I do a lot of driving and carrying luggage for customers in my transportation business.
Sometimes my body gets out of alignment doing this type of work, but he always get me back in shape. He gives me knowledge of how to prevent certain things that contributes to out of alignment on my body.

I'm very grateful for The Joint in Wescott. Dr. Alex is an exceptional chiropractor. He's professional, precise, thinks out of the box, and makes helpful recommendations. While I'm thankful for the overall alignment and reduction of pain the sessions provide, I'm especially appreciative of Dr. Alex's skill at adjusting my neck, ribs, and lower back. Good experience. I pulled my back while on vacation. I liked how the location was open on sundays, which my usually chiropractor back home is not. The consultation was affordable and thorough. The adjustment was great! Everything was explained very well. I would definitely go back again. My only complaint is that there isn’t a location back home in NY bc if there was, I’d probably use them for regular adjustments.
