I am having trouble with sciatica pain, neck and shoulder pain. I was expecting to get a full adjustment with xrays and that is not the case here. I spent more time filling out paperwork than the appointment took. The doctor popped my lower back and one side of my neck...not the side that was hurting. This person was not able to adjust my shoulder he/she said that he/she is not good at getting them adjusted. In my opinion it was a waste of time and money.

I’ve can’t say enough great things about the joint chiropractic group as a whole. I’ve been to a couple of different locations, and all have been very clean and great practices. I love it bc, as a person with chronic pain and need for maintenance adjustments, it’s very low cost and very convenient. I used to have issues being able to get seen that worked with my work schedule. Not only are they open later than most, but they are also open on Saturdays. I’ve even stopped at a location in North Carolina when I was visiting my step-sister for her wedding. Dr Derrick, Dr. Sandy, and dr Ron do amazing jobs addressing my needs and are all very good at what they do. If you're looking for a new chiro and don’t wanna spend 100s and fight with insurance, go to the joint!!

I love The Joint! However, I visited today and the young lady who was supposed to align me was completely unable too, I may be too much for her. She attempted to start with my thoracic spine, failed and made me flinch so hard it further hurt my lower back injury and made me cry. I have a new membership. I had a bulging disc that pinched my sciatic nerve. I literally only had one option for a chiropractor on a Saturday when I couldn't even crawl out of bed for work: the Joint Chiropractor on Kingston Pike, Knoxville. They allow walk-ins, with a $29 first time visit. They're open Monday through Saturday. The atmosphere is very calm. Shoulder pain is something that I have had a problem with since middle school. This is my first time ever even experiencing {a chiropractor} and it's amazing! Already my shoulder feels better. I highly recommend coming here. At least once, to try it out. You will be hooked. Love this place!

What a welcoming atmosphere Brandy creates! From the moment you walk in the door she has you feeling right at home. Then Dr Stewart is phenomenal as well. Very thorough and patient with explaining what is going on with the exam. 10/10 recommend.
